Interest in each other'svaried musical backgrounds led on to the collaboration of a project together.

'Liquid Glass' was completed at the end of 1997, after an exchange of multitracktapesbetween London and

Osaka, and released in Japan intheearly part of 1998.

The diverse musical styles of both artists and their approach to

composition hasresulted in a tasteful blend of contemporary

music,incorporating Hip Hop, Drum & Bass and Jungle withBlues

and Jazz undertones. The tracks feature MickKarn's

uncompromising style of bass playing and includes samples of

his spoken voice both in Greek and English.

'Liquid Glass' signifies a developing new genre in the 90's - an interactive blend of technology with ethnic

cultural roots.
